Kylie!

I adore Kylie and really admire the varied and creative portfolio of pictures that she has built over the years; it would be impossible to accuse her of being afraid to experiment with her look.

The latest Tous campaign is so cheeky and cheerful, I love the use of colour and styling. Who would think Kylie was in her 40's - what an inspiration!

These shots were led by Ellen Von Unwerth a prominent German photographer whose website I can't locate.
However I did find this print worthy quote from Von Unwerth:
"(Women) are not just there to be admired, they are there to be enjoyed."

The return of the Rankin...

I could post Rankin's photos daily - his work is so inspirational. This time I've opted to share with you one of his beauty shots of the wonderful actress Anna Friel. Such a pretty shot!

One to watch...

You simply must check out the portfolio of Model Mayhem's Christel Bangsgaard; I love the balance between reality and art in her work. These images are so intriguing and different, really fantastic!

Irina!

Irina Shayk is my favourite model of the moment, a Russian Supermodel, Irina is truly striking and produces some outstanding work. I love the whole series for Sports Illustrated 2009, this image being a particular favourite. Need I say more?

Victoria Beckham - A Modern Icon

Victoria Beckham's image has been synonymous with modern fashion - accessible to the world and keen to please. I'm sure everyone has had the opportunity to admire Victoria's amazing work for the recent Armani campaign.

A shot I was keen to share with you, but have struggled to find online is an older VB shot, taken for the book 4 Inches by Elton John. (A celebration of female bodies & shoes - fabulous!) It's a rare shot capturing Victoria smiling and it appears to be barely touched by the airbrush. Hopefully this link will work: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v197/tinker2/shoes/victoria_4inches.jpg

The shot for 4 Inches was taken by Vanessa Von Zitzewitz; admire more of her work at: http://www.vanessavonzitzewitz.com/
